Syntellect announces that it will now offer and support
Syntellect CT Connect™ for Siebel
directly to all new and existing Oracle® Siebel CRM CTI Connect clients, including those who were recently informed by Oracle that Siebel CTI Connect is no longer supported in Siebel CRM v8 (download.oracle.com).
Syntellect CT Connect has powered Siebel CTI Connect beginning with Siebel CRM version 4 through version 7. As Siebel CTI Connect is no longer supported, Syntellect is offering product support, upgrades, configurations, system expansions and new seats directly or through its resellers and systems integrators.
Through this Syntellect program, Siebel CRM customers who have implemented Siebel CTI Connect are eligible to receive:
- Immediate access to Level 1 thru Level 3 support
- Special pricing incentives for system expansions
- Upgrades from Siebel CTI Connect to Syntellect CT Connect for Siebel supporting current and future versions of Siebel CRM
- Flexibility to easily add multimedia channels capabilities (i.e. Chat, Web, Email) at cost savings of up to 70% less than a comparable Oracle solution
- CRM migration options to Cloud based solutions and CT Connect investment protection
