Rentsys and Syntellect Partner to Offer Exclusive Mobile Recovery Contact Center

Rentsys Recovery Services, Inc. and Syntellect have come together to develop the nation’s first completely functional mobile call center recovery service: the Mobile Recovery Contact Center (MRCC).

The MRCC combines the mobility of a Rentsys Mobile Recovery Center and its unique satellite infrastructure with Syntellect’s multi-channel contact center software. Voice and Internet direct data communications are restored in as little as 24 hours with Syntellect’s Customer Interaction Management software handling incoming calls, contact center voice mail, email, faxes, and or web-chat requests received through Rentsys satellite dishes installed onsite.

Rentsys Managing Director Walt Thomasson said, “The MRCC essentially brings a hot site to the organization’s location. Once deployed, the contact center is fully operational and callers will never know their calls are being handled by a recovery center.”

The MRCC offers several advantages to call center clients. The MRCC reduces the need for a client to relocate to a location inconvenient to its workforce. This reduces any travel expenses or the need to hire a temporary work force. Additionally, it allows the workforce to focus on their personal recovery during a business interruption.

Rick Nelson is a BCP consultant with 15 years of experience and 10 years directing BC plans for corporations. Each MRCC is equipped with its own 90 KVA generator and 10 tons of air conditioning. MRCCs expand to 800 sq. ft. to support 50 agents with pre-wired infrastructure and CAT 5 connectivity. Additionally, mobiles can be combined to reach a maximum capacity of 600 seats at any one location.
